Post 4 - Lima

The Larco Museum was founded in 1926 in Lima and houses an amazing collection of ancient pottery, metal work and textiles from across Peru. The Larco allows access to the “Open Storage” area where you can see shelves full of thousands of ceramic items sorted by the subject matter glazed onto the pots.

The gardens of the Museum are full of tropical plants and I saw the largest hummingbird ever!
